Reports of breaches of the Code of Conduct can be made using the reporting form by any of the following people:
- (a) An Umpire;
- (b) An Executive Officer or appointed official of either of the two Cricket Organisations whose representative teams participated in the Match during or in relation to which the alleged offence was committed;
- (c) CNSW Chief Executive Officer (or his or her designee);
- (d) An Executive Officer or appointed official who is from or affiliated with the Cricket Association to which the relevant Reported Person belongs.
We do not accept reports from players, parents, coaches or spectators. If you believe a report should be made, you must contact an administrator from the Cricket Organisation that had a team participating in the match where the alleged offence was committed.
