As set out in its Constitution, Cricket NSW was established to regulate, administer, advance and manage cricket in New South Wales. This management includes the formulation and adoption of appropriate policies in relation to health and safety and other matters that arise from time to time as cricket issues need to be addressed. The Cricket NSW Board has the power to decide all matters of policy and all matters regarding the conduct of the game of cricket within New South Wales. To achieve this, this webpage contains the CNSW Policy Suite for externally facing policies that have application across various cricket competitions or affect various stakeholders in cricket in New South Wales. A full list of the Policies can be found in the below through clicking on the below A to Z listing tile. Policies are also available by topic, using the below tiles. The topic tiles will also provide information on what is mandated throughout NSW and what is guidance only (particularly, from High Performance to Community Cricket). These are arranged by Policy Owner, and you may wish to contact that Policy Owner directly with any questions or feedback on our policies. Each policy document includes information on who is responsible for the policy and information associated with previous version or edits that have been made to the Policy.
