VENUE

Do you have a cafe onsite?

Yes, we have a fully licensed cafe that is open 7 days a week with great food and drink options available at family friendly prices. 

Are there water refill stations in the venue?  

Yes, so please BYO water bottle!  

Do you have a prayer room? 

Yes, please see our Venue Services team at reception.  

Is there parents' room and baby changing facilities at Cricket Central?  

Yes, please see our Venue Services team at reception.  

Is there first aid at the venue?  

First aid is available on site.  

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?  

Yes, as well as designated disabled parking. Please check in at reception if you'd like to sit in the designated wheelchair area.  

Are dogs allowed at the venue?  

Animals are not allowed at the venue on match days except for approved service dogs. 

GENERAL

Can I bring my own food and beverages incl. an esky, alcohol?  

You can bring your own however all bags may be subject to screening by security. Cricket Central is a fully licensed venue therefore no alcohol is permitted to be brought on site. Our cafe has a range of food and beverage options at family friendly prices.  

Can I buy merchandise at Cricket Central?  

Unfortunately, not at this stage, except for during WBBL matches. Watch this space!  

Can I smoke in the venue?  

Cricket Central is a non-smoking venue.  

What do I do if I've lost something?  

Please check with Venue Services at reception.  

GETTING HERE

What's the best way to travel to Cricket Central?  

There is limited public parking available on site and public transport is recommended. On match days, alternative transport and parking arrangements will be in place; please check the game day guide closer to the date. 

Cricket Central is located within 400m of bus stops along Silverwater Road and the ‘Wilson Park Busway’ between Newington Road and Clyde Street. Route numbers include:  

  • Route 525 – Parramatta to Strathfield via Sydney Olympic Park  
  • Route 544 – Macquarie Centre to Auburn via Eastwood  
  • Route 525 offers regular bus services to Olympic Park and Parramatta railway station, allowing for connections to wider public transport networks.    

Can I order a taxi/ride share car from the venue?  

Yes 

Can I ride my bike to the venue? 

Yes, bike parking is available on site. 

SEATING

What seating facilities are available? Can I bring my own chair?  

Limited public seating is available; we recommend bringing your own camping chair or similar.  

Do you have accessible seating?  

Yes, as well as designated disabled parking. Please check in at reception if you'd like to sit in the designated wheelchair area.
