Parramatta and Sydney have taken out the Men’s and Women’s NSW Premier Cricket Club Championships for 2024/25, respectively.
The club championship is a culmination of performances across all grades, with competition points gained by each team being weighted according to their grade.
In the men’s, Parramatta claimed the Sydney Smith Cup, finishing on 1,617 points, with Sydney University (1,478) and Northern District (1,428) in second and third. This is Parramatta’s third men’s club championship and their first since 1973/74 when named Central Cumberland.
All five of their sides have progressed onto the finals rounds beginning this weekend.
