This weekend will mark the conclusion of the 2024/25 McDonald’s Men’s NSW Premier Cricket season with finals across five grades, featuring five clubs.
Cricket Central is set to host the McDonald’s Men’s NSW Premier Cricket First Grade Final between Parramatta and Fairfield Liverpool from Friday 28 to Sunday March 30.

Parramatta
- Qualified for finals in first position. Defeated Hawkesbury by 103 runs before a draw with St George saw them progress to the decider.
- Ryan Hackney has amassed 850 runs this season, the most in Parramatta’s lineup and sixth most for the competition.
- Michael Sullivan is the competition’s third highest wicket-taker with 53. Isaac Earl sits in eighth with 42.
- Parramatta will be eyeing their third Belvidere Cup after winning in 2017/18 and again in 2022/23.
Fairfield Liverpool
- Finished third on the competition ladder. Drawing with Western Suburbs and Penrith, they secured their spot in the final as the higher ranked team.
- Luke Ohrynowsky has been the side’s best with the bat this season with 914 runs – the third most in the competition.
- With 38 wickets Luke Hodges leads the side in dismissals, including a seven-fa in round 15.
- Fairfield Liverpool are searching for their first Belvidere Cup since 2005/06.
The two teams went head-to-head in round 12 with the match finishing in a draw.

Second Grade
Who: Northern District v Manly Warringah

Northern District
- Qualified for the finals in second position. Defeated Parramatta and drew with Campbelltown Camden to advance to the grand final.
- William Coffey has 485 runs this season, the most in the Northern District lineup.
- Jonty Webb and George Fuller feature in the top five wicket-takers this season with 26 apiece.
- Northern District first claimed the second grade title in 1959/60, with their most recent win in 2017/18.
Manly Warringah
- With a 10-5 record, Manly Warringah were placed fourth at the end of the regular season. They secured their spot in the final with a four-wicket win over reigning champions, Sydney University.
- Henry Rogers is the competition's fourth highest run scorer with 567. Brynmor Mendel sits hot on his heels in fifth with 552.
- Rhoop Dhillon has been Manly’s best with the ball with 26 wickets this season.
- Manly won their last second grade title in 2022/23.
The two sides met in round 12 with Northern District getting up by 71 runs.
Third Grade
Who: Parramatta v St George

Parramatta
- Top of the table at the end of the regular season. Recorded an eight-wicket win and a draw to progress to the decider.
- Nicholas Bateup sits at number three on the competition’s run tally, notching up 595.
- Vishek Chawla has 24 wickets this season, the most in Parramatta’s lineup.
- Parramatta are looking for their fourth third grade title.
St George
- Finished second on the competition ladder with a 9-4 (3) record. An eight-wicket win over Sydney University and a draw with UTS North Sydney secured their position in this weekend’s final.
- Josh Moors leads the competition in runs with 677, including back-to-back tons on his way to the final.
- Moors sits atop of the wickets this season with 38, including 7-51 in the qualifying final.
- It’s been a long time between third grade titles for St George, with the club last lifting the trophy in 2005/06
The two teams went head-to-head in round 14 with Parramatta claiming a four-wicket win.
Fourth Grade
Who: Manly Warringah v St George

Where: Manly Oval
When: 10.00am Saturday 29 and Sunday March 30
Manly Warringah
- Qualified for the finals in first position with an 11-2 record.
- Axel Karlsson-Lacy is the competition’s best with the bat this season with 427 runs.
- George Cumming is the competition’s third highest wicket-taker with 27.
- Manly are looking at a slice of history as they aim for their fourth consecutive fourth grade title.
St George
- Qualified for the finals in third position. Defeated Sydney by five wickets to progress to the decider.
- Anoop Bawa has tallied 408 runs this season at an average of 81.60, including a top score of 125.
- With 20 wickets, Sahil Singh Pathania leads the side in dismissals, including a career-best 5-17 in round two.
- St George are searching for their first fourth grade title since 2018/19.
The two sides are yet to face off this season with their round eight fixture abandoned due to weather.
Fifth Grade
Who: Parramatta v St George

Parramatta
- Finished second on the competition ladder with an 11-2 record. A mammoth 291-run win over Eastern Suburbs and a 22-run win over Penrith secured their spot in the final.
- Cameron Knight has been the side’s best with the bat this season, notching up 435 runs to sit third in the competition.
- Naveen Patil is the competition’s leading wicket-taker with 32. Liam Gilles sits in second with 31.
- Parramatta are searching for their third fifth grade title and first since 2004/05.
St George
- Qualified for finals in third position. Defeated reigning premiers Manly Warringah by five wickets to advance to the decider.
- George Kazakonis has 363 runs this season, the most in St George’s lineup.
- Michael Kennedy has 24 wickets this season, the fourth most in the competition.
- St George will be desperate to end their fifth grade title drought, last lifting the trophy in 1983/84.
Parramatta and St George met in round 14 with St George walking away with a five-wicket win.
