Parramatta lifted their third Belvidere Cup after a rain impacted final against Fairfield Liverpool.

After losing the toss and being sent in to bat, Andrew Calvert starred for Parramatta, crafting a magnificent 161 in trying conditions. Together with Dhruv Kant (61) and Hayden Goulston (49), Calvert helped boost the side to 359. Yuva Nishchay was the best with the ball for Fairfield Liverpool, picking up four wickets off his thirty overs, including that of Calvert’s.

Fairfield Liverpool’s response was led by Yuvraj Sharma, who dazzled with a blistering century of his own – 119 off 106, including seven sixes and three boundaries. Despite the display from Sharma and a half century to Brent Williams, Fairfield’s chase was ended by the weather.
