The NSW Blues have suffered a five-wicket defeat to Western Australia in the Marsh One-Day Cup Final held at Cricket Central today.
Blues fall to WA in One-Day Cup final
It never really got going for the Blues, who were sent in to bat first. Ollie Davies (51) top scored with a-run-a-ball half-century as NSW were dismissed with 169 runs on the board.
A succession of Western Australian wickets gave the New South Welshman a glimpse of hope, though a resurgent sixth-wicket partnership propelled the visitors to the limited-overs title.
Cricket NSW would like to congratulate Western Australia on their title third-consecutive One-Day Cup trophy.
We would also like to thank the many spectators who came through the gates and made their support known to the Blues.
