WiCKETS is an initiative to create a simple network of our current amazing women who are involved with cricket so that we can share ideas and best practice. We'd love more women in leadership roles in their clubs to address the gender imbalance that currently exists in many clubs. The Facebook group network plans to empower, encourage and support more women so they feel confident to join a committee by sharing "WiCket wisdom" in the form of videos, forums and networking events.
