Leading Clubs Funding 2024/25 – apply now! Cricket NSW are pleased to announce that the Leading Clubs Funding application form is now open for clubs to apply. Applications open: Mon 22nd July Applications close: Mon 5th Aug Community clubs have played a key role in developing playing opportunities for girls and welcoming more girls and their families to clubs around the country. We’ve seen amazing growth in girls’ cricket over the last six years and we want to keep the momentum going! We’d like to offer your club the opportunity to apply for funding to assist in turbo-charging the levels of participation. This funding opportunity is made possible through the ongoing partnership between Cricket Australia and CommBank and their support of girls’ participation through their Growing Cricket for Girls Fund. What’s the purpose of the funding? Simply, we want to support your club to increase the number of girls playing, particularly in Junior Cricket (not Blast or adult women’s cricket) in the 24/25 season. How much money can we apply for? Your club can apply for a maximum of $2000 to support the growth and development of Junior Cricket girls teams.
